Creative principal Ruth Mann (Master of Design – Graphic Communication) had the idea to remodel the creative and work environments of the larger advertising agencies, as per her first-hand experienced, but with a difference. Ruth wanted to maintain direct contact between clients and creatives whilst ensuring cost benefits to the client – a model that only a smaller organisational structure could offer. |
